Albertine Marie Benton Sunrise: August 7th, 1932 Sunset: December 15th, 2023 Albertine Marie Benton was born in Tallahassee, FL on August 7th, 1932 to the late Walter Benton and Ida Bell Benton( McClendon). She was a life long resident of Bradenton, FL. Albertine was raised with strong Christian values. She was a wonderful and devoted mother to eight children. In addition, she was considered a mother to many people. Albertine was educated in the Manatee County school system. She moved to Bradenton, FL when she was seven years old. She was a member of Greater Mount Pilgrim Primitive Baptist Church where she faithfully served for over seventy years.
She was preceded in death by Three sisters; Margaret Hamlin, Ethel Mae Benton, and Eurilene Benton. One Brother: Leroy Benton.
She leaves to cherish her memories to seven children. Patricia Benton, Bradenton, FL; Forrest Benton, Selma, AL; Paul Benton, Bradenton, FL; Donald Benton(Shirley), Bradenton, FL; Frederick Benton, Bradenton, FL; Dietrich Benton, Bradenton, FL; Clayton Benton(Doretha), Selma, AL; one deceased son, Michael Benton. One sister, Luella Benton, Tampa, FL. Two aunts, Helen and Ellen McClendon. One uncle, Eddie McClendon. A host of grandchildren and great grandchildren. Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
