Brandisce “Brandy” Rosier was born in Bradenton, FL to the
late Joseph and Vonzella Rosier on February 7, 1977. She de-
parted this life to be with the Lord on December 14, 2023.
Brandy, or “B-Love” as she was lovingly known, was a 1995 grad-
uate of Southeast High School and studied at SCF (formerly
known as Manatee Community College). At an early age, Bran-
dy gave her life to Christ while under the direction of Elder Law-
rence Livingston, Pastor of Eternity Temple Church, Palmetto, FL.
Brandy recently joined Kingdom Family Worship Center in
Bradenton, FL, under the leadership of Pastor Rozell Foster. She
met Korey, the love of her life, in 1996. They wed on September
6, 2003. To this union, two handsome sons were born.
Brandy leaves to cherish in fond memories: her devoted, loving
husband, Korey Waters, Sr.; sons, Korey Waters, Jr. and Kobran
Waters; sister, Jovonda “Pumpkin” Rosier and niece, Leaunna
Washington; father-in-law, Kenneth Waters, Sr.; mother-in-law,
Balinda Clark; host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Visitation is 6PM-8PM Friday December 22, 2023 at Westside Funeral Home 204 7th St W. Services are 1:30PM Saturday December 23, 2023 at Happy Gospel Church 1915 53rd Ave E Bradenton. FL.
