Carlton Levon Live (Moore), age 68, of Bradenton, Florida,

peacefully transitioned from labor to reward on May 26, 2026,

surrounded by the love of his family.

 

Carlton was born on June 18, 1957, in Bradenton, Florida, to Marie Brown Moore and Willie Fred Live. He attended Manatee County public schools and was known throughout his life as a hardworking man who took great pride in providing for his family. A man of strength, wisdom, and unwavering devotion, Carlton touched countless lives through his kindness, generosity, and love.

Carlton was a devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. His presence brought comfort, laughter, guidance, and encouragement to those blessed to know him.

 

He was preceded in death by his mother, Marie Brown Moore;

father, Willie Fred Live; stepfather, John Moore; sister, Vontella

Live; and beloved grandson, Octavious Cummings, Jr.

He leaves to cherish his precious memories: his loving and devoted wife, Sharon Live; and children, Isaac Hart (Erin), Casshondra Kates (Thomas), Cherfina Thomas, Ricky White, Toccara Martin (Aaron), Tiffany White, LaShawn White, LaDawn White Lenard(Jamarcus), and Kearia Bibbins (Jermine).

He also leaves behind his beloved siblings, Willie “Curley” Moore(Connie), Bonita Moore, Sharon Moore, Darrell Live (Pamela),and Phadra Live; loving aunts, Dorothy Williams, NeacySaunders, Joyce Mathis, Ethel Weatherspoon, and Almeta Jones; uncle, Henry Moore; 41 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren;
