Cathy Welch-Duncan

Cathy Welch-Duncan was born on November 18, 1971,

to Jennie B. Houston and Jerry L Sullivan, Sr., in Avon Park,

Florida. She graduated from Avon Park High School in 1989

and became a skilled administrative specialist, a career she

thoroughly enjoyed for twenty years.

Her life as a wife and mom began with her union to Robert

Welch and the birth of her two children, Shontoria and

Robert, whom she loved dearly. Much of her life was dedicated

to serving others in ministry, including building her own,

Building the Prophetic Man. Later in life she remarried to

Andre Duncan, and they began U-First Ministries in Deland,

Florida.

Cathy enjoyed laughter, family time, and reading the Word.

She was loving, caring, straight-forward, and a believer in Jesus Christ.

She leaves behind her loved ones with many fond memories:

Brother: Jerry Sullivan, Jr. (Lynette Sullivan - Wife)

Children: (Daughter) Shontoria and (Son) Robert

and cousins, close friends, and extended family in the faith.
