It’s with Sadness in our hearts that we announce the home going of Darlene Jackson, 66 of Bradenton FL, on March 4, 2026, at Blake Medical Center. Darlene will be greatly missed and remembered for her kindness, loyalty, dedication and humbleness. Darlene had an infectious smile, heart of gold, patience and forgiveness. Darlene was born in Fort Myers FL and moved to Bradenton, FL at an early age. Darlene thrived in the Manatee School District. Darlene accepted Jesus Christ as her savior, at an early age and lived her life accordingly. Darlene has always shown compassion for others and realized at an early age she wanted help others and that’s when she decided to become an License Nurse Practitioner (LPN)
Darlene knew in order to thrive, she needed a career of something she loved, and she loved everything about nursing. Darlene was employed for over 30 years in the nursing field. She only retired, when she had no choice. But that did not stop her for being the family nurse/ cheerleader. Darlene always put everyone before herself without second guessing. Her selflessness, humbleness, a smile that will always be remembered and missed. Darlene leaves to mourn as follows:
