Darnell Thomas

Brother Darnell Thomas was born in Detroit, Michigan on January 10,1954 to the late Jimmie Thomas Sr and Maggie Bea Hill Thomas . Darnell
was baptized into Christ under the teaching of Brother Elmo Rountree and was a faithful member of the 11th St Church of Christ in Palmetto Fla. Darnell was educated in Manatee County Public Schools and graduated Southeast High School after which he went on to matriculate at Wilberforce University where he also graduated with a Bachelors Degree. Darnell enlisted in the United
States Air Force and served overseas until he was honorably discharged. Darnell departed this earth on February 18, 2025. Darnell leaves to cherish two sons residing in
Germany, six siblings: Mattie Cheaves (Richard) of Palmetto Fl, Gwendolyn Halliburton (Jessie) of Avon Park Florida, Arnell Thomas (Ruby) of Jesup, Georgia, Ross Thomas (Denise) of Palmetto, Florida, Mary Thomas Joseph of Charleston Sc, Jimmie Thomas (Berlynda) of Thonotosassa Florida: One Aunt, Hattie Lee Brinson of Jacksonville, Florida
and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
