Gloria Ann Sheppard

Gloria Ann Brown-Sheppard of Palmetto, Florida transitioned on Friday, October 25, 2024, in Bradenton, FL. Born in Monticello, Florida, Mrs. Sheppard retired from Manatee County School District after 47 years of service. She leaves to cherish her memory and rejoice in her life; her husband Ulysses Sheppard; Three daughters: Erica Sheppard, Palmetto, Florida; Dr. Tia Sheppard, Parrish, Florida; Rhyana Sheppard-Duval (Samuel M. Duval III), Buford, Georgia. Three Grandchildren: Samuel Duval IV, Silas Duval, and Sarge Duval; One Godson, Anton J. Davis (Cecilia) of Columbus, Ohio and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ezra Lee Brown and Bernice Brown and Sister Connie Lee Brown-Cox. Services will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at 1:30pm at Bible Baptist Church, 1720 6th Avenue West, Palmetto, FL 34221. Burial will be held at Mansion Memorial Park,1400 36th Avenue East, Ellenton, FL 34222. Repast located at Bible Baptist Fellowship Hall, 1720 6th Avenue West Palmetto, FL 34221.
