James “Bubba” Edward Lang, of Palmetto, FL was born on July 20, 1958 to the late Roman Edward Lang, Sr. and Mary Louise (Green) Lang. He was called home August 10, 2024 at the age of 66 years old.
“Bubba”, accepted Christ at an early age. “Bubba” attended schools of Manatee County. He was employed by Manatee County Public Works.
“Bubba”, was very outgoing and enjoyed life to the fullest. He loved to dance, enjoyed fishing, spending time with his loved ones. He was the biggest wrestling and football fan. Bubba was the life of the party, he was truly one of a kind.
He was preceded in death by his son James Alexander Lang-Simmons, Sister Phyllis Lang, grandson Fredrick Shaw, and devoted fiancé’ Portia “Diane” Thomas. Bubba, leave to cherish his loving memories his children Ramal Shaw, Aundrea Lang, Desiree’ Brewer, James Lang, Crystal Lang-Gardner. Siblings; Roman Lang Jr., Dwayne “Chad” Lang, Leila Lang-Marshall, and Tangermarie Lang. Grandchildren; Nafaren “Boobie” Simmons, Zjae “J” Simmons, Damien Pollins, Michael Simmons, James “Jadarius” Simmons, Meikhi Rawls, Ayana Shaw, Christian Johnson, Lorenzo Shaw, Londyan Rawls, Aumani Gardner, James Lang, Ramara Shaw, Aavona Lang, and Nasiah Lang. Aunt: Earlene Green Four great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, loved ones, and friends and special partner Crystal Kochaniec.
