Jansan VonShaye Murray Sr. was received into eternal life on Sunday, November 23, 2025, at the age of 49. He was born on June 22, 1976, in Bradenton, FL to the late Alton E. Murray, Sr. and Marilyn McCarter.

Jansan to some, Jay or Ace of Spades to others began his nationwide career of Commercial Truck Driving at the age of 21. His career would take him state to state and all over the world. Jansan never met a stranger and helped as he could to all he encountered. Jansan loved his family, traveling in his semi and riding his motorcycles.

Predeceased family members: Father: Alton E. Murray ,Sr.; Siblings: Toriano Richardson, Alton E. Murray, Jr., Angel Murray, Todd Murray and Jermaine Murray. Grandparents: Carrie L. Murray, David McCarter, Sr., and Emerson T. Murray.

He leaves to treasure his memories his loving and devoted wife, Monica Dunn of 13 years. Mother: Marilyn McCarter. Mother-in- law: Christine Fraizer (Billy Wayne Holloway) Father-in-law: Willie Dunn. Grand Mother: Ella Mitchell; Children: Jaye, Jansan Jr., Kiera and Kimora Murray, Jasani Williams, Ayden Brown, Randarious Wilson, Monalyiah Dunn, Alex and Isiah Williams and Mya Freeman; Grandchildren: Jansan Murray III, Phenix Murray, Alaiya and Onyx Williams’ Siblings: JulCarla (Marques) Clark, Joquetta Wooden, Tiffany Freeman, Tapico (Terrance) Mays, Ashley, Brandon, Quianna, Shameka and Dr. Tonia Murray, Alaylah Adams and Shemeka Wright.; Sisters-in-law: Monquetta Doolittle, Jameshia and Jasmine Dunn; Brothers-In-Law: Douglas Fraizer and Antonio (Andranetta) Dunn; God siblings: Pracia (Chauncey) Mitchell and Tyrone Jackson; Special Friend/Brother: Larry Williams; Grandmother: Ella Mitchell; Aunts and Uncles: Pamela Isham, Patricia (Tommie) Anderson, Jr., Tonya (Percy) Bridgeman, David (Linda) McCarter, Jr., Robert McCarter, Gerald (Mary) Murray, Victor McCarter, Robert Castleberry, 3 Aunts-in-law and 4 Uncles-in-law; A host of cousins, friends and relatives, Truckers and Motorcycle Club Members to honor his legacy.
