Johnny B. Bryant Singleton, affectionately called “Johnny B”, was born on February 27, 1951, in Manatee County to Emma Singleton.
Johnny attended the Manatee County school system. He was a worker for over 40 years in construction. He enjoyed his western shows and he loved al green music.
Johnny B. Bryant Singleton departed this life on September 1, 2024, at Lakewood Ranch Hospice House.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 24 years, Diane Felicia Davis Singleton; in-laws, Eugene Davis and Sally Ann Davis; and mother, Emma Singleton.
His memories will be cherished by: his son, Donatelli Brantley; daughters; Shantrell Brantley, Nakiya Brantley, Mrs. Oralia Roberts (Dwight Roberts, Sr.), Natasha Davis, Dominique Singleton, Mercedes Singleton, Lashebra Richards, and Victoria Richards, all of Bradenton, FL; four sisters-in- law, Pamela and Tammy McGhee and Jacqueline Davis of Bradenton, FL, and Vanessa Poe (Earnest) of McDonough, GA; sixteen grandkids and four great-grandkids; girlfriend, Shirley Whitfield; and special friends, Jerry Oliver, Terry Brown, Willie Jackson, Ronnie Stanford, David Whipper, Michael Blakley, Ikeaka Whipper, Jeffery Davis, William Toliver, and Dorthea Searls; and a host of sorrowing family And friends.
