Kayvon E. Dunbar

Kayvon E. Dunbar was born on January 28, 2010, to
Bernard Dunbar, Jr., and Jessica Lilly.

Kayvon was a resident of Manatee County. He was
currently a 10th grade homeschool student. Kayvon
enjoyed playing football, starting out with the Manatee
Bulls. He then later played for the Manatee Broncos.
He was a heck of an athlete!

Kayvon gave his life to God in July 2025. That was
one of his greatest accomplishments. He was a very
respectful young man who always helped around, and
he loved all of his siblings dearly.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bernard
Dunbar, Jr.; and grandfather, Johnny Lilly.

He is survived by his mother, Jessica Lilly; siblings,
Jernard, Heavon, Zyah, Mikayla and Bernard III;
grandparents, Linda Lilly, Debra and Bernard Dunbar;
niece, Jayde Dunbar; stepmother, Andrea Dunbar,
godparents, Christina Griggs, Todd Mooney, and
Mandy. Kayvon will be deeply missed by his many
family and friends, who will miss his unique balance
of respectfulness and warmth .
