Larry Bernard Taylor was born on September 21, 1967 in Palmetto Florida. He was born to Frank Watkins, and the late Lee Arla Hardy. He was a graduate of Manatee High School class of 1986 and on the 1985 State Football Championship team. He later become a professional driver and worked in the construction industry. Finishing his career graduating as a culinary arts student in 2010 at Manatee Technical Institute and received his bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management in 2015 at State College of Florida. If you knew him you knew he loved his family. He was a loving and caring father of six and grandfather of 7. Always making sure his family was a priority. He also left behind his high school sweetheart and life partner. He was a lover of all sports but especially his Miami teams (The hurricanes, Dolphins and Heat). Throughout his years, he was involved in the community through coaching and mentoring young men. No matter the relationship you had, Larry left an impactful impression. He either laughed, danced or argued with you but always left by saying “I love you”.
He was preceded in death by his mother Lee Arla Hardy and sisters Lisa Davis, Montrea Lewis, and Tammy Taylor.
He leaves behind his father Frank Watkins (Belinda Watkins). His Pop Larry B. Taylor Sr.. His high school sweetheart Maria Romagnola. His children: Dominique Taylor, Jeramie Taylor, Rachelle Taylor, Lataria Ducre, Donté Taylor and Ryan Taylor. his grandchildren: Kerry Peacock, Jada Davis, Parryis Brown, Rowen Taylor, Amaré Taylor, Legacy Taylor and Zara Taylor. His siblings: John Taylor, Donjay Morgan, George Woodie (Bridgette Woodie), Darryl Woodie, Leslie Johnson, Todd Taylor, Eugene Watkins and Joyce Fulton. A host of close aunt uncles cousins nieces, nephews and close friends.
