Lee was born on December 7, 1946, to the late June and Ora Lee Miller of Rubonia, Florida. He attended Lincoln Memorial, then Ora Lee decided to take him and his sister to Western New York.
After working in New York for several years as a truck driver, he decided to be closer to his family, so he eventually returned to Florida where he continued to drive trucks locally until he retired.
He was preceded in death by both of his parents; brothers, Ulysses Miller and Nathaniel (Patricia) Miller; and sisters, Marian Mouzon and Sylvia Miller.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his daughters, Lesley (Alonzo) Morris, Ora Lee Miller, and Islandia Miller; brothers, Charles Miller, Sr., and Allen Miller (Yvonne), sisters, Amy Miller, Melinda Miller, Carol Miller, Esther Miller, Vivian Horne, and Jane Johnson; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews; aunt, Betty Mitchell; a host of cousins on both the Mack and Murray; and other family, friends, and a special friend, Tonya Seymore.
