Mrs. Lula Mae McNeil, “Also Known As, “Mrs. Knit” was born on December 6, 1930, in Lamont, FL. She was born to the late Mrs. Ollie Mae McPherson and Kelly B. McPherson, I.
She was a devoted member of St. John M.B. Church under the Pastorate of the late Rev. AL Dixon, Rev. J.D. Johnson, Present Pastor, Willie James Lawson.
Lula Mae retired from Gulfcoast Agriculture Research Center. She loved flowers and she was an excellent gardener.
She was preceded in death by her beloved brother, Kelly B. McPherson, II (Ruth), her beautiful daughter, Willie Mae Davis; son, Larry Kinder, son; Judson Kinder, III. She leaves to cherish her memories; daughters: Diana Mitchell, Kathleen Davis; Elaine Salem (Henry), Erma Murphy; sons, Van Kinder, Warren Kinder, Floyd McPherson (Henrietta), Dale Kegler; sisters, Sade Jones, Denise Watkins (Floyd); Many grandchildren, great grandchildren; 1 great, great grandchild; Special Friends, Dorothy Epps, Andrew Kinder, Leon Cooke, Pastor Juanita Johnson; A host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
