Marice "Spooky" Cooper

Beloved Marice Lavon “Spooky” Cooper was born on March 13, 1970, to Geraldine Leggett and the late Willie Cooper.  Marice transitioned on February 3, 2026. Marice graduated from Manatee County public schools, Marice worked at Bealls distribution for 30 years, being fired Marice never gave up he started working at Buick for a year then worked at Manatee memorial hospital for a year.

Marice Leaves to cherish his sons Marice and Maurice Cooper stepson Tamarry Harrison, Mother Geraldine Leggett; siblings Michelle Cooper, Michael Cooper and  Melvin cooper and his significant other Melissa Sanders whom he has been with for 27 years and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Marice will surely be missed and cherished by the loved ones he left behind
