Rakiah KP Pressey was born on November 19, 2001, in Sarasota, Florida. She was the beloved daughter Of the late Magen Williams, who went home to glory in 2011, and Woodrow Pressey, who remains with us in Manatee County.
On November 19, 2025, Rakiah's earthly journey came to a close, and she entered her eternal rest. Though her time here was far too short, she filled every moment with spirit, light, and unforgettable love.
Rakiah was outgoing, hilarious, and full of life. She knew how to brighten any room she walked into. If your timing was off, she would snap on you without hesitation but she would also be the first to forgive. Her heart was generous beyond measure; she would give the shirt off her back to a stranger in need. Anyone who crossed paths with her walked away with a memory worth keeping.
Rakiah leaves behind a large and loving family who will forever cherish her:
Brothers: Curt Butler, Woodrow Pressey III, Teyzon Pressey, Lee Martin Jr., Teyzhiere Pressey, Martravious Pressey, and Chance Pressey.
Sisters: Shiquel Pressey, Woodreta Pressey, Pressey, Shamyra Wilson, Ziya Pressey, Chloe Pressey, Samyiah Morgan, and Dasani.
Her legacy will continue to live through her family, friends, and all who loved her. Though her physical presence has left us, her laughter, love, and unforgettable spirit will remain in our hearts forever.
