Rosa Bostic Obituary

Rosa was born to the late John and Beatrice Thomas in Sago, Mississippi, on February 26, 1933. The family moved to Rubonia, Florida, when she was young. Throughout her life there she learned and gained her love for sewing and making crafts. Also, she was an avid yard seller, which she loved to do frequently.

Rosa was a dedicated employee at Suncoast Manor Nursing Home for 38 years, where she later retired.

She married Eddie A. Bostic, and their union welcomed four children.

She was preceded in death by her late husband, Eddie A. Bostic, Sr.; and four children, Ella D. Carley, Eddie A. Bostic, Jr., Erma J. Miller, and Rosie M. Bostic.

She leaves to cherish her memories: her one sister, Beatrice Hall of Rubonia, FL; one brother, Arthur James Thomas of Orlando, FL; sisters-in-law, Phyllis Thomas, Rosa Thomas and Viola Thomas; son-in-law, Charles L. Miller of Rubonia, FL; daughter-in-law, Caroln Bostic of Palmetto, FL; 17 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren, and 15 great-great-grandchildren; and ahost of sorrowing nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
