Slater Mazion III

Slater Mazion, III was born to Julia Carley and Slater Mazion, Jr. on April 17, 1962 in Bradenton, FL. He was the oldest of eight children. He was called to his Heavenly home January 14, 2025. He was a member of Providence Missionary Baptist church. He was a 1980 graduate of Hillsborough High School in Tampa, FL. He went on to serve in the military for 3 years. Later he joined in holy matrimony with his high school sweetheart, Kathleen Hamilton on August 4, 1999, and 2 girls were born to that union, Katiyana an Shalia. He retired from Tropitone Furniture after 40 years. His hobbies were fishing and hunting. He was preceded in death by father, Slater Mazion, Jr.; Stepmother, Dorothy “Dot” Mazion, and wife, Kathleen “Kathy” Hamilton Mazion. He leaves to mourn and cherish his memories, Mother, Julia Carley, Bradenton, FL; 4 children, Katiyana Mazion, South Carolina, Shalia Mazion, Bradenton, Slater Mazion, IV, Tampa, Brianna McDaniel, Parrish; Son -in -law, J ’yln Hilton, South Carolina; 1 god -daughter, Caci Kacey Burke; 8 Siblings, Shelia Hardy, Bradenton, Richard Mazion, Bradenton, Rodney Mazion, Las Vegas, Bridget Mazion, Georgia, Vincent Bland, Tallevast, Shamalena Brewer, Vance Wilson, Iron Perkins and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
